Pablo Castro | Managing Director

I didn’t set out to become a consultant — I set out to be useful.

Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work across some really different environments — from the U.S. House of Representatives to local law enforcement, from Microsoft to Cisco — and what’s stayed consistent across all of it is a desire to help organizations work better so the people they serve can be better supported. At Cisco, that meant leading strategic programs for a 500+ person legal department, including building out their GenAI learning initiatives and running a Pro Bono Program that partnered directly with legal aid providers to help them leverage technology and reach more clients. That work opened my eyes to how much nonprofits are capable of — and how much of their potential gets bottlenecked by operational and technological challenges that are very solvable.

That’s what brought me here.

I also believe that good consulting isn’t about showing up with all the answers. I’m a trained coach, and that shapes everything about how I work. It means I approach every engagement by listening first, making sure the solutions we develop together are grounded in your organization’s values, and paying attention when something doesn’t feel right — because it usually means there’s something worth exploring. The wisdom of your team is part of the solution, not an obstacle to it.

I work with nonprofits because I believe in what they do, and I want to offer real, practical support at a cost that makes sense for organizations that are already stretching every dollar toward their mission. If that sounds like what you’re looking for, I’d love to connect.
